COVID-19 CORONAVIRUS

To combat the spread of Corona virus and to minimize person to person interaction at banking facilities in Pakistan, Pakistan Banks’ Association (PBA) suggests the following precautionary measures for bank customers:

Minimize branch visits and use Alternate Delivery Channels (ADCs) such as; ATMs, Internet Banking, Mobile Banking etc.

Use of ADC’s is recommended, as bank notes may pose a potential risk in spreading the virus.

Please wash your hands or use hand sanitizers before and after dealing with bank branch staff and using ATMs and refrain from shaking hands with bank employees.

Do not visit a bank facility if you have any symptoms of fever and cough.

کورونا وائرس کے پھیلاؤ کوروکنے کے لئے پاکستان بینکس ایسوسی ایشن  (پی بی اے) نےصارفین اور بینک کے عملے کے درمیان کم سے کم رابطے کے حوالے سے درج ذیل احتیاطی تدابیر تجویز کی ہیں:

•   بینک برانچ آمد کو کم سے کم کریں اور متبادل ڈیلیوری چینلز (ADCs) استعمال کریں جیسے کہ اے ٹی ایم ، انٹرنیٹ بینکنگ ، موبائل بینکنگ وغیرہ۔
•   متبادل ڈیلیوری چینلز(اے ڈی سی) استعمال کریں کیوں کہ بینک نوٹ وائرس کو پھیلانے میں امکانی خطرہ بن سکتے ہیں۔
•  براہ کرم بینک برانچ کے عملے سے مصافحہ کرنے سے گریز کریں اور اے ٹی ایم کا استعمال کرنے سے پہلے اور اس کے بعد اپنے ہاتھوں کو صابن سے دھوئیں یا سینیٹائزر کا استعمال کریں ۔
•  اگر آپ کو بخار اور کھانسی کی علامات ہیں توبرائے مہربانی کسی بینک برانچ جانے سے گریز کریں۔
