Sindh Bank brings to you Wazir-e-Azam Apna Ghar Program – Ghar Ho Tu Apna Markup Subsidy and Risk Sharing Scheme for Housing Finance under the guidance of the State Bank of Pakistan. This facility enables you to fulfil your dream of owning your own home with an affordable and easy repayment plan.

Scope
  • Purchase of constructed house and Flat/apartment
  • Construction of housing unit on an already owned plot
Eligibility Criteria
  • All men/women holding CNIC
  • First time house owner
  • Not owning any housing unit in their name
  • One individual can have subsidized house loan facility under this scheme only once
Minimum Income Criteria
  • For SI: Rs. 40,000/- per month
  • For SEB/SEP: Rs. 50,000/- per month
Length of Employment/ Business/Profession
  • For SI Minimum 1 year of employment
  • For SEB/SEP Minimum 1 years in Business/Profession
Age Salaried Individuals:
  • Age between 21 and 60 years or retirement date.
Business Individuals:
  • Age between 21 and 65 years
Debt Burden 50% maximum
Financing Limit
  • Up to PKR 10 Million
Maximum Loan Tenor 20 years (subsidy for 10 years)
Size of Housing Unit
  • House of up to 10 Marla/ 2720 sq. ft.
  • Flat/Apartment of up to 1500 sq. ft. area
Mark-up
  • Flat 5%
Maximum Loan to Value (LTV) Ratio 90:10 (90% loan & 10% equity)
Bank Charges
  • No processing cost
  • No prepayment penalty
